Gasetshog Wom (Lower Gaselo) geog is located towards the south west region. The terrain is mainly rugged with pockets of gently facing slopes. The Tsang Chu runs along the geog’s eastern border, forming the border between Gasethog Wom and Rubeisa Geogs. Gasetshog Wom is made up of 6 villages (Pasdangkha, Shingkhey, Tapchakha, Hetshokha, Hebesa and Changkha) and consists of 103 no. of households. The settlements are widely scattered. Athang consists of an estimated area of 207.80 sq km. The terrain is mostly rugged. There is one Community Primary School (Hebesa), 1 Gup’s Office (Tapchekha) and one ORC. BHU services are shared with Gasetshog Gom. The geog has internal feeder roads and connects it to the Basochu power site at Hebesa. The Wangdue Tsirang Highway passes through it. This geog has electricity and telephone connections. It will have to cater to the upcoming Puna Tsang Chu as well.
