Rubeisa geog is located in the central part of the Dzongkhag. Rubeisa is made up of 10 villages (Zamding, Samdrupgang, Ruemay, Nyala, Nyezergang, Daphu, Jala, Ruechay, Ula and Shuelay) and consists of 309 no. of households. Rubeisa consists of an estimated area of 163.60 sq km. The terrain is mostly rugged, but contains pockets of gently sloping areas. There are 2 community primary schools (Thitigang CPS & Jala Ulla CPS), 1 GR II BHU in Jala and 1 AEC. The Nyezergang Lhakhang is an important religious institution
