This school was opened in April, 2008 by three teachers including principal with 41 children enrolled in Pre-Primary. The school was established as community school with prime objective of enrolling Rinchengang community’s chidren as a nearest school. Two of us are still serving in the same school. In 2009, we have up-graded the school till class-III to ease admission pressure on sister schools. We could not up-grade to a full fledge PS  until 2013 due to the classroom shortage. It is a departmental construction of Save the Children and Rinchengang Community.  First batch of 23 (class-VI) students have completed primary education in 2014.School was not constructed on pre-planned location as such the location became isolated from the immediate community.  All the developmental activities around the school boundary had begun after establishment of school. School is actually located on isolated place but now it isn’t as PHPA hospital is constructing just next to school and moreover approach road towards Dzongda’s resident, BPCL colony cum store and other private land.At present school has a concrete classroom block, a classroom block and a principal’s quarter of semi-permanent structured. The old academic building comprises of six units, out of which one room is used as store and rest as classrooms. Permanent structure of four units’ classroom is used as classrooms, staff room, library and office as well. The school does not have separate administrative block including library room. Our school is supplied with three computers, a facsimile machine, two printers, and a cyclostyle machine with internet. The school also has utility facilities like drinking water, electricity, and land line. School has separate VIP pit drop latrine for boys and girls with three units for each and has pour flush latrine for teachers. Our small assembly ground development is under way and without even a simple play field. School has approach road connecting national high way.
