Tender documents containing
detailed terms and conditions will be available for sale with effect from the
date & time specified above form the Dzongkhag
Revenue Section during office hours upon the payment of non-refundable fee
mentioned against each, the receipt for which should be enclosed with the
tender document at the time of submission. The bid security 2% of quoted amount
must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Cash Warrant/Bank Guarantee drawn
in favor of Chairman,GTC,Rubesa.
The bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee should have the validity period
of 90 days. The tender shall be opened in the Dzongkhag
mini conference hall, on the date and time specified above. The intending
bidders or (bidder representatives with power of attorney letter) may attend
the bid opening. Participation on other’s License shall not be
entertained. The bid un-accompanied by earnest money/less earnest money or not
confirming to the condition shall be liable for rejection without any
explanation. Further, the bidders are required to submit a copy of valid Trade
License/CDB Certificate/Tax Clearance Certificate/Past Work Experience
Certificate along with the tender.
