In an effort towards conservation and beautification of the Luetsho Lake at Samtengang, Nyisho Gewog, Wangdue Phodrang, the Dzongkhag Administration spearheaded the beautification of the surroundings of the Lake and also plantation of about 400 assorted tree saplings yesterday (27/6/2020, Saturday). About 140 Desuups of Wangdue Phodrang participated in the volunteer program. Alongside with the volunteer works, the Lam and monks of Sewgang Lhakhang, Nyisho Gewog also conducted Lhabsang Thruelsel, Soekha for the Nep and Sangchoe for the whole day.
