On behalf of the Royal Government of Bhutan, the Dzongkhag Administration, Wangdue Phodrang would like to extend our heart felt appreciation to Mr. Mon Bahahur Mongar, Sr. Basic Operator under Engineering Sector of this Dzongkhag Administration on his successful superannuation and also in recognition and gratitude of his significant contribution made during 37 years of dedicated service to Tsa-Wa-Sum.
